The Procurement Group Leader's office is in charge of:

- Electricity, gas, water and SIG contracts
- Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events organisation (MICE)
Bjorn Jenssen
Bjorn completed his Business (MBA) and Mechanical Engineering education (MSc) in Bergen and Trondheim (Norway). Having worked as a financial controller in Norway he joined CERN in 1996 as an Assistant Department Planner. Since 2009 he has worked within the Procurement Service as a Procurement and contract officer.
Hiba Gerster
Hiba completed her commercial education in France and joined CERN in 2000. She has been working within the Procurement Service since 2005.

Sybille Salter
Sybille obtained her diploma as Foreign Language Correspondent in Munich. She's worked for several years for Human Resources at CERN until she joined the Procurement Service in 2023

Camilla Vilaplana
Camilla completed her professional maturity diploma in 2021 in Geneva. After various jobs in administration, she joined CERN as administrative assistant in 2022.
Emeline Lesage
After several years in mass distribution, Emeline did a professional transition and joined our team in March 2022.
